How To Make Video Games for the good of your child

Video Games have often been criticized as detrimental to the health of our children, mentally, to be precise. In reality, children with learning difficulties attributed to the dependence of video games are stigmatized as Vidiots. If you really are interested in our hearts, there are ways that we could make the games work to their advantage. Here are some basic rules you should ask before allowing your child to kill his time playing with the Vidiot Box:

? For younger children who are still in the pre-learning, make a point to start with the educational games. There are many of those currently on the market because educators have realized that these games can be a good way to learn.

? Insert a rule of the house to play against the clock and limits of the game. You can adjust your time, or when it is your busiest hours or during rest.

? From time to time, be there to guide them through the learning process so they do not lose interest if things go beyond their comprehension. Once you have the hang of it, will be able to manage their games and you can return to your business as usual.

? You have a lot of talking with your child during the times when he or she is not playing with the console. Drill with what he has learned the game, such as alphabets and numbers up to the store. Fairly quickly, even at a tender age of three years, you can begin to learn to read.

? Being concerned about the words that appear on the screen while playing. Words like "Go, Stop, Play, Level, Round, Win, Lose and many others who often appear on the screen. Through an iterative process of recognizing words and learn to read through visual recognition.

? As they progress along another basic rule. Requiring a program of study that should be done before being allowed to play their video boxes. To avoid resistance, giving them pep talk enough about how the video too much and too little knowledge can Vidiots out of them.

? Concentrate their studies on trends in reading after the words already acknowledged. An example could be: Go on, introduce new words by replacing letters in Not So move slowly or by affixing another letter, God, cod, a sign, sod. As the child recognizes how words are formed, replacing each letter or add another letter to those who can already read. Once you've used their interest in reading, begins the process of reading on their own.

? How to go on with their games, they encounter new words that will help you to read. Later, make a point to read the instructions to play on their own to promote their understanding.

? The more words a child learns to read and understand, the more I am fascinated with their reading skills. The words are no longer limited to video games, but will begin to explore the words found on cereal boxes, food, detergents and commercials they see on television.

? How to get to know more things, expand their interests will be something more, books, word puzzles and anything that presents challenges in their reading skills. In fact, they can easily lose interest in games that tend to be repetitive and boring, try something more difficult.

As a parent, you reap the benefits that have developed through the use of video clubs. It may involve some form of resistance at first, but remember it's only a matter of your will, as a parent or a shot of them will be innocent here. Try not to be flexible, but not be too difficult. I remember that first and foremost for their benefit. Will soon be out of your hair, but this time more productively.
