Wii Fit is good for the game?

Usually when we think of a good aerobic exercise, the kind that experts agree leads to a healthier lifestyle, we do not play video. However, with the recent release of Wii Fit (for l ', ahem, Wii), this May we know to be false.

Firstly, I would say that you will never (ever) get as good of a workout from a video game as you would in a gym with people around you motivated. This does not mean that Wii Fit is not a good idea, simply is not designed to provide a great workout. The Wii Fit is designed to sell, and to do that should be fun. The game (yes, it's a game), is certainly entertaining on many levels, reaching 80% of the average ratings gamerankings.com.

The problem I see with the Wii Fit is trying to combine two things into a reality that must not be mixed, in my opinion. It seeks to combine video games, a United Nations General aerobic activity is certainly fun, exercise, healthy activity that is not usually funny.

Right when it was released, I thought the game in general, would bash ugly and funny, not at all. I also think health experts have criticized as a terrible workout, and really a cop-out.

Man, I was wrong. Commentators generally liked the Wii Fit, and health experts, while not recommended as a training awesome, finally accepted as a decent attempt.

What I'm trying to make is that if video games a lot, and is expected to begin the exercise, do not get the Wii Fit. Is "cheating" in many games, and you have no more than a half-decent workout. It would be much more effective if it is tied on some running shoes and went for a jog. No, I know that its going to be fun, that's my point! At the same time, people who exercise a lot and have never played a video game, skip the Wii Fit. Will certainly have a bad opinion of video games, while Wii Fit is the first to play.
